Wondering what you need next?
You’re in the right spot.
Helping you get to your next best place is the heart of my practice.
What’s it like to work with me?
I’m service-oriented myself. I understand folks who care, a lot.
I’m other focused. I believe and trust your lived experiences.
I’m evidence informed. I use techniques backed by published research.
I’m anti-harm. I believe healing ourselves and our systems is pro-human.
I’m holistic. We are all Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual beings.
I’m lighthearted and creative. A little levity makes brains work better.
I’m trained in Whiteboard Coaching. I draw visual organizers for you.
If this sounds good - bring your whole self, and I’ll bring the markers.
One-on-One Coaching
When you’re ready to take charge of your own next steps
-
Understanding who you are becoming and what matters most to you, personally, helps you make powerful, values-based decisions in all aspects of your life.
Personal development coaching helps you create an intentional growth practice; centering your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
-
Our personal selves carry our professional selves around every day (as much as we might wish to separate them sometimes).
Work/life management coaching helps you re-examine and re-define what you truly want in your daily life and over time; establishing boundaries and behaviors that support your whole-self success.
-
Whether in work or life (or both) times of transition are primed for transformation. Change, even exciting ones, are always accompanied by loss.
Transition coaching supports the recalibration process, each step along the way - especially in managing challenging emotions, rethinking identity/role changes, and visioning a new, desired future.
-
Sometimes an external event (like a layoff) forces us to take a fresh look at our career choices. Sometimes, our own inner voice tells us it’s time for a change.
Career alignment coaching helps you define what satisfaction could look like, if your daily environments and actions synced up with your skills and values.
-
Great leadership (in my opinion) is the ultimate expression of service work. In order to lead others well, we must lead ourselves first.
Leadership development coaching helps you identify and grow the skills and characteristics you need most for the situations you are called lead. Accountability and impact expand together when a leader is supported by a coach.
-
If you’ve ever struggled to get a creative project started (or finished), this is for you. Sometimes our procrastination is just a stall tactic to try and keep us safe from the vulnerability of sharing. Sometimes our not-so-helpful inner critic slows us down with all the reasons we can’t do it.
Creativity coaching can help you find resourceful inner states that make it easier to move through the discomfort, trust your next steps and put your work out there!
Not sure where to start?
“I have undergone significant growth in both my personal and professional life while working with Danielle – including making a major career change into a creative field I was too hesitant to even dream of when we first began.”

Team Coaching
When the team’s results are more essential than any one contributor’s
-
Define a future destination, creative approach and accountable actions to bring your most important work into the world.
Ideal for leadership teams, stakeholder groups, or board members to collaborate in a facilitated design process.
-
Do tricky and testy behaviors trip your team up? (Of course they do—we’re humans!)
Team performance coaching helps create a shared identity and values to guide accountable behavior change over time. Enhanced communication and trust emerge when individual safety is supported through facilitated group work.
-
Uncertainty is everywhere, and most humans don’t like it. When change isn’t handled well, people tell themselves (and others) negative stories that can stop good work before it even has a chance to start.
Change management coaching helps you intentionally address the people needs first in a process change; making sure your values are visible in reliable actions.
-
A leader who is willing to hear the needs of the team, is ready to serve. Sometimes, even seasoned leaders need support to intentionally align the work and styles of their people and themselves.
Team alignment coaching focuses on creating a shared vision of successful operations and an accountable way to get there.
Curious about the process?
“The vision, strategy and action plan we designed became a playbook that organized our team’s work for the next operating year.”

Coaching skills (deep listening and discovery questioning) enhance service work.
Coach-trained professionals are able to observe their own inner state, listen deeply to the perspective of another, ask a variety of questions with intention and help the other move themselves forward. Coach training helps us learn to empower others, by depowering our own need to fix.
-
Most workshops on communication focus solely on learning new skills or techniques and skip the vital step of personal reflection and intentional transformation.
Interpersonal communication (how we talk with others) grows from our own intrapersonal communication (how we talk to ourselves).
Transforming inter/intra personal communication patterns requires an understanding of how this inner-outer process was built in each of us and how we can intentionally change it to be more effective.
-
Human-centered leadership and supervision requires us to understand how to support the whole person. (It may even require us to support our own whole selves differently, in order to show up better for others.)
Transformational leadership and supervision development overlays the personal, the professional and the systems/contexts that influence both.

Stepping back into work/life with a fresh perspective, is the ultimate product of a retreat done well.
I’ve designed and led many different flavors of retreats - in hotel conference rooms to nature preserves. I can participate in the planning only, taking a coach-approach to help you design what you truly want. I can also take a more active facilitation role, if needed, during the retreat. Sometimes, it’s nice as a leader to just show up and have someone else do the heavy lifting!
Custom design a retreat for your leader team, department, board or group.
-
If you have a room of folks that need a transformational learning experience, we can design a talk that’s right for you.
I’ve presented at Universities, Health Systems, and National Conventions. I’ve partnered to offer continuing education credits, if needed.
My audiences tend to be folks doing service work - SLPs, PTs, OTs, Educators, Child Life Specialists, Nurses, Physicians, Leaders (and I’m open to more!)
